Mr. Tilton’s diverse background in manufacturing
and operations management has covered 30 years in the industry. Some
of the companies where he has worked previously include General
Electric, Eaton Corporation and Globecomm Systems before joining
Smart Sourcing Inc. in 2001 to develop the Electronics division. During
this time frame, he has held various positions of increased responsibility
in consumer and OEM product manufacturing plus new product development. These
positions have included manufacturing engineering, production
control, quality assurance and overall plant management. Mr.
Tilton is a graduate from University of Massachusetts – Amherst,
MA with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations
Research.
