Xia joined Smart Sourcing in 2000 as a Production
Control Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2003.
Xia began her career at the french nuclear company Framatome
(now AREVA) from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 2000 she was a key
logistics account manager at Scheker where she handled financial
and logistics issues.
